We manage marine repairs, upgrades, and refits on behalf of vessel owners, acting as the single point of accountability from start to finish. Our role is not to carry out the trades ourselves, but to plan, coordinate, and oversee all works to ensure they are completed correctly, efficiently, and to an appropriate standard. This includes managing scope, sequencing works, monitoring progress, and addressing issues as they arise. Owners remain informed without needing to be involved in day-to-day decision making.
Protecting the Standard of the Vessel
Active oversight is where most projects succeed or fail. We regularly inspect works in progress, communicate with trades, and address issues early to prevent delays, rework, or compromised outcomes.

Confidence Before Heading on the Water
Pre-use detailing and preparation ensures the vessel is clean, checked, and ready prior to use or handover. Includes wash-down and presentation touch-ups, interior readiness checks and general preparation before day trips or extended use. This service is often combined with skipper or delivery services.
